SHIPPING POLICY (Updated)
Thank you for choosing Carbon Art. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
The time it takes to ship your order depends on the availability of the product:

In-Stock Items: These items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Pre-order / Made-to-order Items: For products that are currently out of stock or require production, the processing time will be 7 to 15 business days.
Please note: If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, the entire order will typically be shipped together once all items are ready.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time starts after the order has been shipped:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination).

Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (if available).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking system normally updates within 24–48 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Carbon Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Shipping Issues
If you received your order damaged, or if it has been significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at carbonart999@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
